The automatic powder filling machine realizes fully automatic loading, powder filling, and tray loading. Employees only need to put the copper tube with the core rod inserted into the material box, and take away the receiving tray after the powder filling is completed, which greatly reduces the manpower of the powder filling station. This powder filling machine discharges 12 tubes at a time, divided into 2 groups of powder filling stations. The equipment automatically loads and discharges 8 tubes. The servo slide combination takes away the 12 copper tubes that have been arranged and turns them vertically, and inserts them into a certain powder filling station. The powder filling station uses a fixture to straighten the core rod, and then the copper powder and copper tube air pipe that have been pre-loaded into the copper powder measuring tool flows into the powder filling funnel. The copper powder in the funnel is filled into the copper tube through the vibration of the pneumatic motor. After the powder is shaken, the servo slide assembly takes away the copper tube filled with powder and inserts it into the receiving tray. The receiving tray is 12*15 and can receive 180 tubes in total. When the receiving tray is full, the system automatically stops. After the employee takes it away and replaces the empty receiving tray, click Start. The system then starts the next cycle.
