The automatic shrinking, rod-inserting, powder-filling and plate-arranging machine automatically loads, shrinks, inserts rods, fills powder and inserts plates. Employees only need to put the copper tube and core rod into the material box. The equipment automatically shrinks and inserts the rod. After completion, put it into the powder-filling cache material box. The powder-filling discharging mechanism discharges 12 tubes. The robot grabs it to the powder-lowering and powder-vibrating station. After completion, the machine takes it away and transfers it to the copper tube plate-arranging machine to place the copper tube in the graphite plate. The equipment greatly reduces the manpower of the powder-filling station. This powder-filling machine discharges 12 tubes at a time and is divided into 2 groups of powder-filling stations. The equipment automatically loads and discharges 12 tubes. The robot takes away the 12 arranged copper tubes and turns them vertically and inserts them into one of the powder-filling stations. The powder-filling station uses a fixture to guide the core rod, and then the copper powder pre-loaded in the copper powder measuring tool flows into the powder-filling funnel through a pipeline. The electric motor vibrates to fill the copper powder in the funnel into the copper tube. After the powder is vibrated, the servo slide assembly takes away the copper tube filled with powder and transfers it to the copper tube plate placing machine. When the graphite plate is full, the system automatically stops and waits for the employee to take it away and replace the empty receiving plate. Then click Start. The system starts the next cycle.
